I hadn't sewn a stitch in nearly two weeks. Today I finished two backings, and applied the binding to this quilt. Tonight I've got my feet up, watching a corny Doris Day movie and hand sewing the binding.

Wow it's been years since I have seen a Doris Day movie, glad to hear you are relaxing and enjoying some slow stitching
ReplyDeleteWatching a movie (preferably an old one - Doris Day would be wonderful!) with my feet up, in my recliner, with some hand work is my favorite way to spend a Sunday evening.
ReplyDeleteDoris Day! I thought I was the only one that liked old movies. I'd like to see the whole quilt. It looks sort of vintage like it would go with a Doris Day movie! And that's a compliment. I really like what I can see.
